Sahan Ranamukha

Sahan Ranamukhaarachchi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biomedical engineering and business strategy. As Co-Founder and CEO of Proton Intelligence Inc. since 2021, Sahan has focused on product development and regulatory strategies. Previous roles include Innovation Partnerships Manager at The University of British Columbia and Senior Consultant in Digital Care at Deloitte. Sahan co-founded Microdermics, serving in multiple executive roles, including SVP Business Strategy, where responsibilities included customer outreach and leading clinical studies. Sahan holds a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Food Science from the University of Guelph. Sahan's research includes significant contributions to drug monitoring technologies and biosensing applications.
