Kristi Hays, MBA, SHRM-SCP, PHR, is an experienced professional in human resources and human capital management. Currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at Anthology Inc since July 2021, Kristi effectively manages projects to implement SaaS products for colleges. Simultaneously, Kristi provides customized human capital management solutions as a consultant at HCM Solutions LLC. Kristi also holds the role of Human Resources Subject Matter Expert and Online Instructor at ProTrain, LLC, where instruction focuses on the PHR certification.
