Shaun Greer

Shaun Greer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shaun began their career in 1998 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Vanstar before moving on to work as an IT Support Analyst at TEK Systems for a few months. In 1999, Shaun joined JD Byrider Systems, Inc. as a Network Administrator, a role they held for a decade. During this time, they also worked as a Network Engineer at SallieMae from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Shaun transitioned to the Homecroft Police Department where they served as a Police Sergeant and Director of IT. Shaun then joined Interactive Intelligence as a Network Engineer from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined KSM Consulting as the Manager of the Network Managed Services Practice. Shaun's most recent role was at ProTrans, where they held the positions of Director of IT Security, Operations & Support from 2019 to 2023, and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure & InfoSec.

Shaun Greer's education history begins with their attendance at Heritage Hall Christian School from 1993 to 1996. Although no degree or field of study is mentioned for this period, it can be assumed that they completed their high school education during this time.

In 2005, Shaun enrolled at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer & Information Technology. Shaun studied at the university for seven years before completing their degree in 2012.

In 2013, they achieved a BAIS certification from Brocade. Recently, in May 2023, they obtained three Lean Six Sigma certifications: Green Belt, White Belt, and Yellow Belt, all from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
