Carl J Pennington has a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and an Intern Architect at Helix / Architecture + Design. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Designer at Carl Pennington Design. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Project Engineer at Hoffman Construction. Since 2016, they have been the President and Co-Founder of Proud Source Water.

Carl J Pennington attended Arizona State University from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture.
