Kristen Lucas

Kristen Lucas is an accomplished producer and creative director with extensive experience in the marketing and entertainment industries. Since August 2009, Kristen has served as a producer and creative director at Goldilocks Productions. Kristen is also a founder of Respect Their Hustle and a board member at Proud To Be In Baseball, while actively participating as a member of Women in Influencer Marketing since June 2021, focusing on enhancing influencer opportunities for women. In previous roles, Kristen held positions as a talent manager at Bohemia Group, Inc., an executive producer at Viewpoint Creative, and producer at Hero4Hire Creative. Kristen also has a strong background in marketing, having worked as a program manager and project manager at Staples Stores, and various marketing roles at The TJX Companies, Inc. Kristen holds a graduate certificate in screenwriting from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Salem State University.
