Michael Shuber

Michael Shuber has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Product Specialist at Sharp Electronics, where they trained new staff, relocated a call center, and presented products at national trade shows. From 1997 to 1999, Shuber was a Project Manager at Information Resources Inc., contributing to projects and the SDLC process. Michael then joined Parson Consulting in 1999 as Director of IT, overseeing company-wide technology initiatives and collaborating with senior executives to drive revenue growth. In 2004, Shuber became the PMO Director at Management Consulting Group PLC, implementing effective collaboration processes and managing IT projects. From 2008 to 2016, they served as the MIS Director at Proudfoot, where they established a new IT team, relocated datacenters, and updated global policies. Since 2016, Shuber has held the position of Chief Information Officer at Proudfoot, where they have implemented IT transformation strategies, reduced costs, established remote work infrastructure, and developed disaster recovery plans. Michael has also led various teams and implemented global marketing call center structures.

Michael Shuber obtained their Associate's degree in Scientific Data Processing from Central Westmoreland Career and Technology Center from 1985 to 1987. Michael then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they received their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2008.
