Peter Harker Gonçalves

Peter Harker Gonçalves has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Peter began their career as a Consultant at Concept Erindale Ltd, where they managed projects focused on improving procurement processes, supply chain management, and marketing plans. Peter also worked as a Project Manager, merging assets and implementing maintenance programs for ammonia plants.

Gonçalves then transitioned to NR - Hill & Knowlton, Portugal, where they served as an Interim Managing Director. In this role, they successfully repositioned the company after an acquisition, managing a team of consultants and executing strategic alignment plans.

Peter later became Managing Director at Harkers Engineering Ltd, where they managed turnaround programs and secured new business contracts with major players in the Aerospace and PowerGen markets. Peter also led technology transfer programs and introduced lean-six sigma programs to improve quality and reduce cycle time.

Following their time at Harkers Engineering Ltd, Gonçalves took on the role of Interim Operations Director at Theodoma Technologies Limited. Here, they managed the design and development of an energy-saving technology and oversaw the setup of manufacturing facilities.

Gonçalves then joined Harkers 5-G as an independent contractor, where they oversaw various projects focused on organizational change, construction management, and supply chain design and installation.

Peter later worked at Renoir Consulting as Head of Operations and Operations Manager, responsible for market development, project team crewing, and performance improvement across multiple projects. Peter also served as Account Director and Manager at Brooks International, specializing in strategic imperatives and continuous performance improvement for Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies.

Currently, Gonçalves holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Proudfoot, where they design, implements, and accelerates operational and digital transformations through people.

Throughout their career, Gonçalves has amassed extensive experience in managing teams, driving change and improvement, and delivering results across various industries and sectors.

Peter Harker Gonçalves pursued their education with dedication and achieved impressive milestones. Peter attended St Julians School from 1976 to 1989, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Continuing their educational journey, from 1989 to 1991, they studied for their A-Levels at Millfield School. Subsequently, they attended European University from 1992 to 1996, obtaining a BBA degree in Business Administration. Later on, they pursued further studies at Durham University, focusing on Business Administration from 2010 to 2015.
