Erica Rau

Erica Rau is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with extensive experience in the field of behavioral analysis. Since October 2017, Erica has served as Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director at Proud Moments, where responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral interventions. Prior to this role, Erica worked at A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC from 2014 to 2017, initially as a Registered Behavior Technician and later as a Clinical Liaison. Erica holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
