Jeff Prouty

Jeff Prouty is the Chairman and Founder of The Prouty Project, a management consulting firm specializing in Strategic Planning, Organizational Performance, and Board Development. Prior to founding their own company in 1987, Jeff worked as the Director of Human Resources at Coopers & Lybrand and as the Regional Director at Sigma Phi Epsilon Headquarters. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
