Louis Chaillet

Louis is a quantitative researcher first. He has worked in the financial industry for more than half of his life, and more than half of that in the pension fund industry. Before returning to research he has held numerous positions such as head of investments, head of institutional asset management, head of risk management, controller and head of strategy & ALM. He has served on boards and advisory boards for investment institutions in Real Estate and Private Equity.

He has initiated many research initiatives and investment innovations. He initiated and conducted a music rights investment for ABP pension fund, and negotiated investments in other intellectual rights. He recently initiated an AI portfolio management initiative that is currently in pilot.

Louis was trained as a financial analyst and is certified in the Netherlands. Since 2018 he is licenced as a deep learning specialist by Deeplearning.ai.
