Ruben de Vries

In 2014, Ruben co-founded Blocktrail (a Bitcoin startup) where he served as CTO. During his time in the cryptocurrency space, Ruben developed a strong interest in cryptographic techniques and how technology can address problems when building and using software that is intertwined with people's ideas around trust.

Ruben brings deep understanding of the application of cryptographic techniques in software development and finance to Provable Labs. That, and a healthy dose of paranoia allow him to build products which are verifiable and secure.

Ruben was (and still is) involved in many open source projects. He has a Bachelor's degree in ICT.
