Dale Dewhitt

Dale Dewhitt is Director at PROVAIL. Prior to that, they worked as Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Microsoft from October 2012 to April 2014. In their role at Microsoft, Dale was the HR Lead for 3 business groups and provided change management consulting for key initiatives. Dale also had a strong focus on Sales Compensation and drove talent management strategies through business leaders. In addition, Dale managed difficult employee relations cases to resolution.

Dale Dewhitt has a MA in Missiology from Biola University, a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University, and an AA in General Education from West Valley College.
