Kayla Newcome is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the technology and staffing industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Provalus since October 2023, Kayla previously held the position of Vice President at Optomi Professional Services from April 2020 to October 2023. Prior to that, Kayla was the National Business Development Director at Provalus from July 2018 to January 2020, focusing on innovative outsourcing solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Kayla began a career at Randstad Technologies US, progressing from Technical Recruiter to Strategic Account Manager and ultimately Managing Director, where Kayla received recognition as Small Market Office of the Year for achieving significant business growth. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University.
