Carolyn Ohringer

Carolyn Ohringer currently serves as the Director of Talent Management and Experience at Prove, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Carolyn held multiple roles at Velocity Global, LLC from January 2018 to January 2023, including Director of People Enablement, Director of Learning and Development, Manager of Learning and Development, and Learning and Development Specialist. Carolyn's experience in the field began at Coalfire Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included Learning and Development Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, Recruiter, and Human Resources and Accounting Assistant from August 2012 to December 2017. Additional experience includes serving as a Staffing Manager at OfficeTeam, Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Sales Associate at Banana Republic, and internships at Allied Integrated Marketing and RNL. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in May 2010.
