Mitch Mardiste

Mitch Mardiste is a Financial Controller and Head of Finance at Provectus Algae, an Australian biotech startup focused on optimizing algae for high-value compound production. Since December 2019, Mitch has leveraged extensive expertise in financial forecasting, company operations, compliance, quality assurance, and operational system automation. Previous experience includes serving as an Operations Officer at Field Orthopaedics from September 2017 to December 2019 and as a Project Engineer at Moreton Bay Regional Council from August 2013 to September 2017. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Project Management from the University of Southern Queensland, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Finance, and Economics from QUT.
