Cynthia Sarsosa

Cynthia Sarsosa has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently working as a Customer Service Representative at Provefrut S.A. since November 2014, where responsibilities include managing the complete export logistics process and customer service. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as an Assistant at Profitcargo from July 2013 to November 2014, coordinating the importation process for courier packages. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Universitat de Barcelona (2020-2021) and a degree in International Business from Universidad de Las Américas (EC) (2009-2015).
