Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at PROVEN since August 2022, Moustafa is responsible for guiding client employees on local labor laws and managing payroll and benefits. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Pro Formula Consultancy Services, where skills in recruitment and organizational development were honed, and as Human Resources Manager at Exterran, overseeing payroll and compensation for the Saudi branch. Moustafa's earlier career includes positions at Mobily and Al-Jedaie Group, focusing on employee relations, HR policy development, and managing HR operations for over 2,500 employees. Moustafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mansoura University (2000-2005).
