Kimberly MacDonald is an experienced behavior technician and educator with a robust background in Applied Behavior Analysis. Since May 2017, Kimberly has worked at Proven Behavior Solutions, LLC, implementing techniques to enhance communication and daily living skills in children with autism and other developmental disorders. Collaborative efforts with supervising BCBA's have been integral in updating intervention and treatment plans while meticulously documenting progress during sessions. Previous roles include ABA paraprofessional at Milton Public Schools and special education paraprofessional at Marshfield Public Schools. Kimberly's foundational experience includes serving as a residential counselor and leading skill-building groups at Attleboro Center. A graduate of Wheaton College Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Kimberly has also held roles in customer service, including food service worker and waitress, further highlighting versatility and strong interpersonal skills.
