Dana Manor-Zahavi has an extensive work experience in various industries. Dana is currently the EVP Delivery Services at Proven Optics since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at BNY Mellon as a VP Senior IT Project Manager from June 2013 to February 2023. Dana founded Caffeinated Creativity in January 2009 and served as the Founder & CEO until January 2023, providing branding and marketing solutions to clients such as the Association of Environmental Justice in Israel, Consulate General of Israel in NY, and H. Kaufman Associates, among others. Dana also worked at Friends of the IDF, where they held the roles of Programs/Project Manager from March 2011 to June 2013 and Programs Coordinator from September 2009 to February 2011. Additionally, they interned at Deutsch NY as a Creative Intern from June 2008 to December 2008 and worked at Amirim Engineering & Marketing Ltd. as a Marketing Communications Manager from August 2004 to June 2007.

Dana Manor-Zahavi has a diverse education history. In 2003, they began their undergraduate studies at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Dana continued their education at Pratt Institute from 2007 to 2009, specializing in Graphic Design and earning an Associate of Occupational Studies degree. In 2013, Dana attended the Technology Institute of America, focusing on Project Management and obtaining a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Alongside their academic achievements, they also obtained several additional certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, in July 2013, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
