Hilel Baroud is the CEO of Proven Solution, consolidating Proven Consult, Proven Robotics, Proven Reality, Sanad.ai and Aemaco to deliver end-to-end digital transformation for enterprises across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. They focus on driving digital transformation by delivering state-of-the-art solutions in Intelligent Automation, Robotics, AI, AR/VR, OCR, IDP, and IoT, underpinned by a customer-centric culture that fosters innovation and strategic partnerships. They previously served as CEO of Proven Consult and were part of UiPath’s early Middle East team, where they built and led the Sales Engineering organization and managed the Customer Success team, contributing to UiPath’s growth in the region. They began their career in the Netherlands after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in IT from InHolland University of Applied Sciences and completed the Harvard Business School Leadership Development Program in Organizational Leadership.
