Abhay Kulkarni

Abhay Kulkarni has extensive experience in the design and architecture field. Abhay currently holds the position of Director & Head: Design & Architecture at Provenance Land since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Makers Development Services Pvt Ltd as the Sr Vice President of the Architectural Services Division from June 2012 to October 2019. Before that, they served as the Regional Director of Projects and Technical Services at Hilton Worldwide from January 2009 to June 2012. Abhay also worked as the Asso Vice President at K Raheja Corp from August 2005 to December 2008. Abhay started their career as the Chief Architect at The Bombay Dyeing & Mnf Co. Ltd, where they worked for a year from 2004 to 2005. Abhay then joined Hotel Leela Venture Ltd as the Chief Architect, where they worked for seven years from 1997 to 2004.

Abhay Kulkarni completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree, along with certifications as an Associate of the Indian Institute of Architects (A.I.I.A) and a Fellow of the Institute of Valuers (F.I.V.), from Sir J J College of Architecture in Mumbai. Abhay pursued this education from the year 1980 to 1985, specializing in the field of Architecture.
