Alexis Tcherkassky has a long and varied work experience. In 2004, they began their career at Sprint Nextel as a Sr. Retail Communications Consultant, where they provided customers with the right fit and achieved customer satisfaction scores 15-20% above the national average. Alexis also served as a Regional Events Coordinator, working to increase sales for retail locations in the Bay Area. In 2007, they moved to TeleNav as a TeleNav Dedicated Sales Support (TDSS) Representative, where they responded to the most customer service and tech support inquiries per month. In 2009, they joined Best Buy as a Best Buy Mobile Sales Consultant, where they sold mobile phones, services, accessories, and warranty plans, and trained and coached other Best Buy Mobile employees. In 2013, they worked for both The Retail Outsource as a Territory Account Manager and Discovery Communications as a Digital Distribution and Partnerships INTERN. In 2014, they began their tenure at The Partnership Federal Credit Union as a Member Experience Manager and Assistant Contact Center Manager, and later a Senior Member Services Representative. In 2019, Alexis joined Credible as an Associate Manager, Client Success, where they helped to coach the client-facing staff and develop QA guidelines for inbound customer calls. Finally, in 2020, they moved to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC as a Pipeline Account Manager, managing PennyMac's Digital Response Team and developing reports and KPIs to manage and scale the team. In 2022, Alexis began their current role as Customer Support Manager at PTI (Provenance Technologies, Inc.), where they are responsible for developing CS policies and procedures, training and coaching outsourced CS agents, developing email response templates and CS workflows, and developing reporting metrics and SLAs for CS tickets.

Alexis Tcherkassky attended Montgomery College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Television Production with a field of study in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication. In May 2013, they obtained a certification in Television Production from Montgomery College.
