Kelly Targett, PHR has over 10 years of professional Human Resources experience. In 2021, they began working as a Senior HR Manager at PTI (Provenance Technologies, Inc.). Kelly attended San Francisco State University for Human Resources Management from 2014 to 2015. Kelly's educational background began with their Diploma from Granada High School, which they obtained in 2008.
