Caitlin Jones

Caitlin Jones has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Corporate Development Programme Internship at J.P. Morgan in 2010. Caitlin then worked for J.P. Morgan in various roles from 2011 to 2017, including Senior Product Owner - Bullion, Operations Manager - Bullion, MIS & Controls Analyst - Commodities, and Business Analyst - FX. In 2017, they joined Runaway Adventures as an Events Team member. Most recently, they have been with Provenance since 2018, where they have held the roles of Head of Product, Product Lead, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. As Product Lead, they are responsible for the Provenance B2B2C SaaS product, leading the product strategy to enable customers to gain ongoing value from supply chain and impact transparency. As Business Analyst, they are the lead analyst on Project Trado, a year-long pilot focused on the relationship between preferential finance and supply chain transparency.

Caitlin Jones attended the University of Exeter from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BSc in Mathematics and Psychology. In 2019, they obtained a Business Analysis Practice certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Most recently, in November 2022, they obtained a Growth Marketing Programme certification from Startup Core Strengths.
