Paul Estay

Paul Estay is a dedicated physical preparer with extensive experience in rugby, currently serving as a physical preparer at Provence Rugby since June 2022. Previous roles include overseeing training load and GPS data analysis for the Espoir team at Agen Rugby from September 2021 to June 2022, and serving as the primary physical preparer for junior and cadet teams at Blagnac Rugby from August 2019 to April 2022. Paul has also contributed as an instructor for various educational institutions, including Collège du Bois de la Barthe and Lycée professionnel Hélène Boucher, while holding a Master's degree in EOPS and a Bachelor's degree in STAPS from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
