Chip Catlin

Chip Catlin joined the board of directors in September 2018 and also currently serves on the Board of Corbus Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. Chip was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celldex Therapeutics, Inc., where he raised more than $500M from equity, convertible debt, and private placement transactions, as well as devised and led financial strategies, to successfully complete several asset acquisitions that added substantial long-term value to the company. Prior to Celldex, Chip held senior financial and operational positions with biopharmaceutical companies Endogen, Inc. and Repligen Corporation. Chip earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Babson College. He is also a certified public accountant. Chip’s more than 22 years of experience as a senior financial officer of public biopharmaceutical companies make him an ideal addition to the board of directors.
