Contessa S.

Contessa S. has extensive work experience in the IT and operations field. Contessa began their career in 2001 at Cisco, where they held various roles. These included being a Project Manager within Global Business Services, a HR Program Manager, and a Human Resources-IT Business Analyst. In these roles, they managed projects, developed change management plans, and served as a liaison between HR and IT departments. Contessa also worked as an IT Analyst within the Global Technical Response Center, providing global support for HRIT. In 2014, Contessa joined Proverbs 31 Ministries as the Senior Director of IT & Operations, where they established and administered IT department policies, analyzed department needs, and designed and implemented secure solutions.

Contessa S. pursued their education from 1996 to 2000 at Appalachian State University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Computer Information Systems.
