Andrew D'uva

Andrew D'Uva is President of Providence Access Company, government affairs, technology, and satellite consultancy. He has supported international commercial satellite and telecommunications businesses on the regulatory, policy, legal, operational, and business fronts for more than two decades, with a present emphasis on government services in support of national security missions. His clients have included key satellite owner-operators including Airbus, Amos, Avanti, Aurora Insight, Eutelsat, Hispasat, Hughes, ICEYE, Inmarsat, Intelsat, O3b Networks, Satellite Vu, SES, Telesat, Thuraya, and XTAR, trade organizations such as the Space Data Association Ltd. (SDA), to which he is an advisor, and U.S. Federal agencies. Prior to founding Providence Access Company, he held an accomplished legal and business career at Willkie Farr, Gallagher, and New Skies Satellites (now SES), focusing on regulatory, corporate, and transactional legal matters.
