Philip Lacey

Philip Lacey has a diverse professional background in education and patient relations. Currently, Philip serves as a transport operator at Providence Care Center, primarily driving a wheelchair van since July 2017. In addition, Philip has been a Child Ambassador for World Vision since 2013. Previously, Philip worked in patient relations at Primary Health Care from April 2014 to July 2016 and taught Earth Science at East Liverpool City Public Schools from August 1998 to August 2012. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Geoscience from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1970 and 1974.
