Dhruv Patel

Dhruv Patel is a dedicated healthcare and research professional with extensive experience in patient care and biomedical research. Currently a Patient Care Assistant at Providence Care since February 2018, Dhruv also serves as a Pharmacy Assistant at Gardiners Pharmacy and holds leadership roles as VP of Finance for Eye Hope Canada and as a SHAD Fellow. Dhruv's research contributions span several prestigious institutions, including positions as a Research Assistant at Harvard University and various labs at Queen's University, where innovative projects focused on machine learning algorithms and disease diagnostics were conducted. As a founder of both YouthAI and the Canadian Youth Education and Opportunities Network, Dhruv is committed to empowering youth through education in technology and providing resources for personal and professional development. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) degree at Queen's University, Dhruv combines a strong educational background with a diverse skill set aimed at improving healthcare and educational opportunities.
