Kylie McMaster

Kylie McMaster is an experienced policy consultant and human resources professional with a strong background in creating and refining organizational policies. At Northern Rural Net, Kylie developed a comprehensive policy and procedures manual, while previously at North Hastings Community Integration Association, both as a human resources intern and intern, Kylie contributed to policy development, recruitment processes, and community engagement efforts. In an earlier role at Innovation Cluster - Peterborough & the Kawarthas, Kylie focused on entrepreneurial support by developing a funding database and organizing networking events. Kylie holds a diploma in Human Resources Management from Fleming College and a certificate in Personal Support Work from Loyalist College.
