Stephanie Vespi

Stephanie Vespi, CDR, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephanie currently serves as the Corporate Team Lead at Cleaver-Brooks, where they are responsible for hiring exceptional talent for the company. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Talent Team Lead at Aspirant Talent Strategy & Acquisition Practice and served as a Board Member at Providence Connections, Inc. Stephanie also worked as a Team Lead and Talent Advisor at Hillenbrand from 2022 to 2023. Stephanie has a background in healthcare, having served as an American Heart Assn. CPR/1st Aid Instructor at Aligned with Allegheny Health Network from 2017 to 2022. Stephanie also has experience in talent acquisition, having worked as a Talent Advisor at RoadRunner Recycling and as a Regional Recruiter at ChildCare Careers. Stephanie's early career includes roles as an Executive Director at Interplay Child Care Center and as a Program Manager at Jumpstart For Young Children.

Stephanie also holds a Director Credential in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the Community College of Allegheny County, which they obtained between 2009 and 2014. Stephanie has additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute, which they obtained in 2024, and a Certified Diversity Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP, which they obtained in October 2021.
