Emily Young

Emily Young is a dedicated education professional currently serving as a Learning Specialist at Providence Day School since June 2015, focusing on supporting students with learning disorders and behavioral challenges. In addition to this role, Emily has experience as a Social Studies Teacher at ETS and previously held leadership positions including Table Leader at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Teen Camp Coordinator at Appalachian State University. Emily Young is pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services at Wake Forest University, following a Bachelor of Science in History and Secondary Education from Appalachian State University.
