Steve Bondurant

Steve Bondurant serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Finance, Head Varsity Baseball Coach, and Director of Alumni Relations at Providence Day School since February 2015. Previously, Steve held the role of Major Account Manager at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, providing membership services, and worked as an Athletics Academic Advisor at the University of South Carolina, overseeing academic progress for nearly 100 student-athletes. As a former professional baseball player with the Oakland Athletics, Steve was drafted in the 15th round of the Major League Baseball Draft and garnered accolades for leading in wins and strikeouts. Steve's early career included roles as an Attorney Assistant and Human Resources Intern, and Steve earned a Master's in Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Marketing & Management from the University of South Carolina.
