Annie Kim has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Annie began their career as a Registered Nurse in 2015 at Alberta Health Services, where they worked in a shared ICU/CCU environment. During this time, they gained experience in bedside care, mentoring entry-level graduates, and participating in emergency protocols such as code blue and targeted temperature management.

In 2017, Annie joined Providence Health Care as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. In this role, they worked with a multidisciplinary team and had a 1 to 2 patient to nurse ratio. Annie was also involved in the code blue and patient transport teams.

Annie also works with program leaders to align system design and build with best clinical practice.
