Don Wills

Director, Logistics & Facilities Services at Providence Health Care

Don Wills has extensive experience in logistics and facilities services. Don started their career in 1997 as a Coordinator of Materiel Management at Peace Arch Hospital. In 1999, they became the Manager of Logistics at South Fraser Health Region. Don then joined Fraser Health Authority in 2002 as a Coordinator of Logistics. In 2005, they were appointed as the Director of Distribution Services at Providence Health Care, and later served as the Director of Distribution & Protection Services. From 2010 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Support Services, and then served as the Associate Project Director of Redevelopment. Currently, they are working as the Director of Logistics & Facilities Services at Providence Health Care.

Don Wills received a BA in Economics and Psychology from Simon Fraser University in 1995. Don also earned a Certificate in Liberal Arts from the same university in 1993. In 2010, they completed the PLog program at The Logistics Institute, specializing as a Professional Logistician. In 2011, they obtained a Lean Green Belt from Healthcare Innovations. In 2013, they completed the Co-Active Coaching for Healthcare Professionals program at The Coaches Training Institute.
