Hannah Horsfield

Hannah Horsfield is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in management and operational roles within the NHS. Currently serving as a Patient Care Manager for Pregnancy Birthing and Newborn at Providence Health Care, Hannah is involved in strategic initiatives aimed at addressing healthcare workforce challenges while enhancing staff wellness and retention. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager for Women's Services at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, where Hannah managed multiple services, developed leadership programs, and oversaw significant service improvement initiatives, including a £1.3M capital business case and digital transformation efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hannah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from UCL and a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham.
