Jordan Smith

Jordan Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Business IT Solutions and the Director of the Contract Management Office at Providence Health Care since October 2022. Jordan's expertise includes the design, build, and implementation of centralized contract management services and enterprise-level document storage systems. Prior to this role, Jordan was the Procurement & Contract Management Leader at Article from April 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing best practices for global sourcing operations and managing vendor relationships.
