Karen Wall

Karen Wall has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Karen began their career as an Associate, Employee Records & Benefits at Health Shared Services BC in 2014. Karen then moved on to work as an Online Peer Support Program Coordinator at the Looking Glass Foundation for Eating Disorders from 2012 to 2018.

In 2015, Karen joined Providence Health Care, where they held multiple positions. Karen started as an HR Analyst, involved in advising management and employees on displacement and bumping processes. Later, they took on the role of a Recruitment Advisor, attracting and matching candidates to positions within Providence Health Care while advising departmental managers on recruitment strategies.
