Daniel Penrod

Daniel Penrod is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Analyst at Providence Health & Services since January 2016, Daniel has previously held key positions including Cyber Security Analyst for Bonneville Power Administration at Mosaic451 and Security Architect at Orchard Brands, where responsibilities included safeguarding Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Prior roles also include Network Manager at Orchard Brands, Systems Technology Manager at Norm Thompson Outfitters, and several senior administrative positions focusing on Sun Solaris Unix servers and Cisco networks across various organizations. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Eckerd College.
