Erin Fuentes

Erin Fuentes has over a decade of experience in health care, primarily with Providence Health & Services, where roles have included Manager of Care Management, Medical Social Worker, and Team Lead Medical Social Worker since 2010. Additionally, Erin served as a Research Care Coordinator at the International Heart Institute of Montana, focusing on patient enrollment in a research study about post-discharge care for rural patients from July to November 2015.
