Greg Till is the current Chief People Officer at Providence Health & Services. Greg has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, including positions at Raytheon, Arthur Andersen & Co., and ExxonMobil.

Greg Till began their career as an intern at Communication Research Associates, where they designed and facilitated training programs in leadership and communication skills for executives in major corporations. Greg then went on to work as an Experienced Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they reengineered org structures, cultures, leadership, and metrics to improve business results at Fortune 500 companies. In May 2002, Greg Till joined Raytheon as Senior Director of HR. In this role, they served as a strategic HR business partner for 8000 engineering, ops, and mission assurance organizations within Space & Airborne Systems. In June 2014, Greg Till left Raytheon to become the Chief People Officer at Providence Health & Services.

Greg Till has a proven track record of improving organizational performance through effective human resources management. Greg is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems. Greg Till is a dedicated and passionate leader who is committed to continuously developing their skills and knowledge in order to better serve their organizations and their employees.

Greg Till earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Purdue University Krannert School of Management, a Masters in HR Management from the same school, and a BA in Interpersonal Communication with a Minor in Political Science from the University at Buffalo.
