Julie Ebner

Julie Ebner, MPA, CCEP, serves as the Privacy Officer for Providence Health Plan while simultaneously holding the position of Director of Compliance and Privacy since October 2019. In this role, Julie Ebner oversees compliance initiatives for Providence Health Plan and affiliated organizations. Additionally, Julie Ebner has been the Regional Compliance Director for Oregon at Providence St. Joseph Health since December 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing compliance programs and fostering a culture of trust and transparency. Since January 2005, Julie Ebner has combined expertise in health policy, regulatory compliance, and privacy as the Regional Privacy Officer and Compliance Manager for Providence Health & Services. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Health & Hospital Law from Seton Hall School of Law and two Master of Public Administration degrees focused on Health/Health Care Administration, Management, and Health Policy from Portland State University.
