Marianna Sorensen

Marianna Sorensen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Ministry Chief Human Resources Officer at Providence Health & Services since September 2015, Marianna leads a team of HR Business Partners to align HR strategies with organizational goals at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Prior roles include Manager of Human Resources for multiple Providence facilities, HR Client Manager, and Senior Human Resources Strategic Partner, where Marianna provided strategic guidance and supported executive leadership on complex HR matters. Previous experience also includes serving as HR Contractor at HR Answers, Inc., and holding various HR leadership positions at Fiserv and Corillian Corporation, including Director of Human Resources. Marianna's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University, Chico.
