Ellen Smith is a Laboratory Manager at Mission Hospital, overseeing the laboratory at the Laguna Beach campus since 2014. Prior to this role, Ellen served as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Aviir, Inc., where they managed the Chemistry area and ensured quality control. Ellen's extensive experience also includes positions at Quest Diagnostics and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, where they contributed to various laboratory departments and trained personnel. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Albright College and an ASCP, MT degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences.
