Lisa Nordstrom

As Vice President, Asset Management, Lisa is responsible for the asset management strategy across the portfolio, which includes execution of the business plan, capital allocation, debt management and other strategic initiatives to optimize performance.

Lisa was previously a Vice President at American Realty Advisors (ARA) where she was responsible for the asset management of core, ground-up development, and value-add multifamily assets. During her tenure at ARA, Lisa also assisted in the underwriting and onboarding of over a $1 billion in multifamily acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to ARA, Lisa held Vice President roles at Hunt Investment Management and The Tuckerman Group, a former subsidiary of State Street Global Advisors, where she was a principal and a member of the Valuations Committee. With over 20 years of experience, Lisa’s multifamily expertise extends across various disciplines including asset management, acquisitions, due diligence, underwriting, depositions, and development. Lisa began her career as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly LaSalle Partners) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University.
