Brian Mower

Mr. Mower joined Providence as Chief Financial Officer in December 2021 bringing a wealth of executive financial leadership and experience in the medical device industry focusing on commercializing innovative medical technologies. He previously served on the Board of Directors for i-Lumen Scientific, serving as Audit Committee Chairman, and Arizona Bioscience Industry Association, serving as Vice-Chair. Previous financial leadership roles include: CFO of Regenesis Biomedical, a pulsed electromagnetic field pain management technology; CFO for Medibio Limited (ASX:MEB; OTCQB:MDBIF), an Australian public company focused on mental health technology; Vice President Finance & International Operations for Torax Medical (acquired by J&J), an implantable medical device technology treating gastroesophageal reflux disease; CFO of Iomed, Inc. (AMEX:IOX; acquired by ReAble Therapeutics), a publicly-traded drug delivery company; Divisional CFO of EMPI (acquired by DJO Global), a pain management company; and Divisional CFO of DJO Global, an orthopedic and rehabilitation medical device firm. Mr. Mower began his career in the international accounting firm KPMG, is a Certified Public Accountant, has memberships in the AICPA and UACPA organizations, and was awarded the 2018 Minneapolis-Saint Paul Business Journal CFO of the year award. He received both Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy degrees from Brigham Young University.
