Juan Diaz

Juan co-founded Providence in 2014. He has served the Company as its President since founding and was elevated to the position of CEO as of August 1, 2020. In addition to his work with Providence, Juan has a deep background in IT consulting, implementation, and staffing services through his prior executive role with The HCI Group, a global leader in healthcare technology consulting recognized by Inc. Magazine as the fastest-growing company in healthcare in 2013 (and which is now a division of TechMahindra). Juan also has over 15 years of experience as a corporate attorney and organizational governance expert. He spent many years with two Fortune 250 businesses in a variety of roles, including legal, corporate governance, commercial and government contracting, strategy, and organizational management.
