Laura Gabler Pizarro, M.Sc., E.I.T.

Laura Gabler Pizarro, M.Sc., E.I.T. has worked in various roles since 2015. Laura began their career as a Sales Associate at CRD Group. In 2016, they took on the role of Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Florida State University Panama. From 2017 to 2019, they held three positions: Consulting Intern at ACE Firm Engineering, Honors Undergraduate Research Program at Florida State University, and Graduate Research Assistant at University of Alberta. In 2021, they were a Cryobiology Scientist at PanTHERA CryoSolutions Inc., and in 2022, they began their current role as Research Associate II at Providence Therapeutics. In each of these roles, they have demonstrated their ability to efficiently plan and prioritize tasks, develop technical and computational skills, and create and review technical documents.

Laura Gabler Pizarro, M.Sc., E.I.T. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical-Biomedical Engineering from Florida State University between 2013 and 2018. Laura then went on to pursue their Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Alberta Construction Safety Association and the University of Alberta, such as Construction Safety Training System (CSTS 2020) - Fundamentals, Laboratory and Chemical Safety, Hazardous Waste Management, WHMIS, and Concepts in Biosafety.
