Mark Gilmour

Mark Gilmour has over 30 years of professional experience. Mark began their career in 1988 as an Analytical Chemist at Janssen-Ortho. Mark then moved to Eli Lily in 1994 as a Senior Analytical Chemist. In 1997, they took on the role of Laboratory Manager at MAC Cosmetics. In 1999, they were appointed Director of Regulatory Affairs (Canada) at Allergan Inc. In 2017, they became Chief Operations Officer at Providence Therapeutics Inc. In 2018, they were appointed Head of Regulatory Affairs, Canada at Alcon Inc. (division of Novartis Inc.). In 2020, they were appointed Executive Director, Global Regulatory Affairs at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Vice President Regulatory Affairs at Providence Therapeutics. In addition to their professional career, Mark has been a Sales Representative at Century 21 Camdec Real Estate Ltd. since 1992, specializing in residential and recreational properties for a variety of customer needs.

Mark Gilmour completed a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Laboratory Sciences from Ryerson University between 1984 and 1988. Mark then went on to obtain a Chartered Chemist qualification from the OACP in Analytical Chemistry between 1988 and 1989.
